SUMMARY/PURPOSE:
We are looking for a leader to oversee and liaise with various Indigenous organizations, industry partners and government agencies. The role focuses meeting the commitments for the indigenous participation plan. Engage with indigenous communities and organizations, create indigenous benefits/participation plans, establish indigenous business arrangements and other related activities as required for business development strategies.
This individual will develop strategies and plans for partnerships / teaming arrangements with Indigenous organizations and community-based groups. They will also Ensure compliance with all Serco Canada Inc. policies and procedures, including but not limited to Code of Conduct and Ethics, Serco Management System
