Serco is seeking a Director of Business Finance with program financial management skills to lead a team of financial analysts. This role calls for a well-rounded performer who thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment. This position is a Hybrid/Telework opportunity with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. Office is located in Downtown Toronto Canada and reports to our SVP Business Finance . The Director of Business Finance is responsible for the management of finance employees involved in program financial management and analysis, monthly and quarterly accounting close processes, and process improvement. You will be responsible for providing business guidance to Operational Leaders to achieve financial and operational goals, as well as recommending actions to improve progress and performance.
As the leader of the finance organization for this business unit, the Director of Business Finance will be responsible for oversight of all aspects of operational finance for their supported program(s). The ideal candidate will have a strong management and finance control background with experience in government contracting.
